Punching machine with automatic feed
An electromechanical punching machine INTESO SA2 with fully automatic feed by electric servo motor and CNC control is designed for deformation-free punching of tubes and profiles of various cross section up to 4 000 mm in length. This equipment is capable of punching low quality tubes with regular or irregular pitch.
The main differences between the electromechanical SA2 machine and a standard hydraulic S2 machine are threefold:
- A environmentally-friendly machine – requires no hydraulic oil that must be changed regularly
- Better operating conditions – A quiet machine
- Substantially lower operating and maintenance costs – considerable savings on electricity and spare parts
Machine operates with high precision. Maximum capacity is 75 strokes/min includes moving the tube into next punching position. The entire technological process is controlled automatically. The punching program, derived from technical drawings, is programmed by the operator directly on the control panel. Simple modification of individual programs is of great benefit. The machine is equipped with electronic length control of fed tubes. In case of malfunction the machine generates and error message, which is displayed on the control panel screen. Individual punching components are exchanged quickly and easily to fit a tube cross section. This machine punches open profiles as well.
This model is suitable for large scale and mass production.
